Hextic is the new puzzle/strategy game for the iPhone and Andoid systems (coming soon). V 1.0.2 was just approved by Apple! This new version fixes a few small AI errors, and also allows you to save your game in the middle of a game (a new option controls whether this happens or not). Compete against the computer by placing pieces on the board. Any neighboring spots that you already have possession of will be increased in strength, and any spots that your opponent has will be taken over if your point value is higher than theirs. The game is over once all the spots are taken, and the winner is the side with the highest score. In the unlikely event that the scores are tied, then the number of areas that each side has is used for the tie-breaker. The computer's IQ is user adjustable, to provide hours of challenging gameplay. You can also set the game so that your opponent's IQ is automatically adjusted. In this mode, the computer IQ setting will be automatically adjusted to adapt to your playing style. Hextic is available NOW in the iTunes Application store for $0.99.
